All the single seat chair, swivel chair, and ottoman support up to 350 lbs. The 2-seater love seat sofa supports 700 lbs, and the 3-seater sofa couch supports 900 lbs.

Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?

During installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.

Can the cushion covers be removable and washable?

The covers have zippers and can be washed. Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?

The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in a dry place when not in use.
